REGISTRATION:
1- Select/Purchase the class you would like to attend.
2- Your Zoom Link & Recording Password for that class will be included in your receipt.
3- You can register any time up to the start of class. (Or beyond if you are running late!)
If you are sharing a room or screen with multiple people, please register all participants.

ACCESSING RECORDINGS:
Purchase the class under Nei Gong. Go to STORE on the homepage. Use the Password (PW) that is provided in your receipt for that class. Its after the Zoom Link.
Class recordings will be posted within a few days of it being taught. Just keep an eye out for it! They will be up for 6 weeks (or a bit more). This means you can “take” a class from the past.
Please do not share the password or the class. If you are sharing a room with another student, have everyone register.
ZOOM CLASSES - August 2026
All classes are held on Wednesdays 4- 5:30pm & Saturdays 8:30- 10am (P.S.T.)
Foundational qualities will continue to be covered in all classes, for all levels.
Each class will build upon the previous. You are welcome to attend all or individual classes. You are encourage to attend live and utilize recordings as references when possible.

Right quality of Mind to develop the Yin field in the Lower Dan Tien, in order to build Qi.
