Bring your own water, lunch/snacks or be prepared to get them on break. There will be a 1.5 hr lunch break if you prefer to leave for that time. There are several natural food stores nearby along with restaurant options.
Bring your own meditation pillow and/or yoga mat.
Please refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume/cologne or heavily scented oils or soaps.

If you can no longer attend the workshop, we will gladly refund the fee up to 8 days before the event. Within 7 days of the workshop we will issue a credit.
