Bring your own water, lunch/snacks or be prepared to get them on break. There will be a 1.5 hr lunch break if you prefer to leave for that time. There are several natural food stores nearby along with restaurant options.
Bring your own meditation pillow if you like.
Cancellations
If you can no longer attend the workshop, we will gladly refund the fee up to 8 days before the event. Within 7 days of the workshop we will issue a credit with Lotus Nei Gong America.
